By I felt the need to report on this particular announcement since PR Newswire is something that Phandroid relies on daily. For those of you who are unaware, PR Newswire is amongst the leading sources for press releases from businesses of all sorts. They aggregate all of the companies’ press releases into one database to make life easier on us (because our Android lords just know we need it).
They’re now bringing us an Android app to haunt us with press releases on the go. I’m not sure what kind of features this app will come with yet (an obvious one would be to send a link to a specific press release in an email) but it’ll be good to have a condensed version of this source for when you can’t monitor the feeds from a computer 24/7.
