Boost Mobile may have launched the Motorola i1 for their customers on June 20th, but Sprint’s not being stingy in bringing it to their customers as well. As they announced not too long ago, the device has been available since yesterday on their website. Initially, Sprint’s offering it to those willing to order online and over the phone (including businesses). The trek to retail stores will take place on August 8th.
The device is the first push-to-talk handset being powered by Android for the Nextel network. It has a 3.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, Android 1.5 with MOTOBLUR, Swype, a 5-megapixel camera, and a slew of apps tailored toward the business professionals that this device is aimed for.
You can head over to the Sprint site now to order yours for $150 after instant savings rebates, or grab one off contract for $349.99. You can also call Sprint’s telesales line if you’re ready to pick one up.
