HP Photosmart eStation C510 Printer/Tablet Bundle on Sale Now for $399.99

7

The unusual combo of printer/Android tablet in the HP Photosmart eStation C510 might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but if you’ve been needing a new printer and wouldn’t mind having a companion tablet powered by Android then you can order it starting today at HP’s website and participating resellers. We honestly wouldn’t recommend getting this for the tablet alone – especially considering the price – but it’s a free country. Just don’t come back angry when you find out that the tablet isn’t what you expected it to be. [via Engadget]

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. good reporting? come one guys i know this site is better than this. if your not going to give any info besides “hey a printer/tablet device is for sale” then just don’t bother. we don’t visit this site to read a title and go do research on our own.

  2. Covert – there is no substantial information to be had on the tablet part of this combo. We are unable to uncover any details about the hardware. The only look we’ve had at the software is via Engadget, which we’ve covered here:

I meant to link that in my original post. My apologies. Other than that, there’s not much we can say considering we don’t know much at all.

  3. Damn, everyones a critic. Keep up the good work, Quentyn.

  4. This isn’t “Inside Edition” or “Hard Copy”, it’s a fan site for Android devices.

  5. Boohoo, you have to click elsewhere on the screen to find some info. Be glad you don’t have to go to a fucking library like you would have to before the days of internet. Quit crying, the guy is reporting on so much different shit every day. He’s doing the best he can. If you think you can do better, then why don’t you try setting up your own fucking website asshole.

  6. Odds are the damn thing won’t do anything if you run out of ink in your color cartridge. That’s what happened with my last $600 HP printer. It would not even let me send a fax. I will never buy another HP printer again because they had to go out of their way to make that functionality happen. Some may think it is holding a grudge, I am just voting with my wallet.

  7. Cm’on SwampFox. Try buying a (new) printer that doesn’t require you to keep ink in it for it to work. Epson, Lexmark, and Canon all need ink to function (yes, even for to send a fax). Nearly impossible unless you buy a piece of garbage. I’ll take my chances with buying ink for my HP’s.

BTW people, I was able to load Angry Birds onto the Zeen via SD card. So you can’t technically use the Zeen to access the marketplace but there is a way around it >:)
