Nationwide announced Wednesday that their Android app is now available for those who use them for insurance. The app is fully featured allowing you to file an insurance claim and get the process going from the palm of your hand – quite the handy tool if you’re in a nasty wreck on the side of the road with nothing but your cell phone.
“The Nationwide Mobile App for iPhone and iPod touch has been really successful and generated a lot of buzz,” said Dennis Giglio, associate vice president of Digital Marketing for Nationwide. “We wanted to build on this success by expanding the reach of our mobile capabilities to a wider range of customers by adding an Android app and improving our mobile website.”
