We heard last month that Canada’s Moblicity would be picking up the HTC Emerald — otherwise known as the T-Mobile myTouch 4G — sometime soon, and we now have further confirmation along with off-contract pricing and a launch name. The device, which is said to come with Gingerbread on board, will be known as the HTC Panache when it hits shelves for $499.99.
When will it hit shelves? Sometime within the next two weeks, according to rumors accompanying the above picture.

Isn’t that the word for vagina in spanish?
No, that would be panocha…..
They should have chosen a better name.
SO WHEN IS GINGERBREAD COMING TO THE MT4G
Are these phones 100% identical? I am in Canada and I could get the Panache for 499 without a contract, but I can find the MyTouch 4g from the states for considerably less. Is the only difference that the MyTouch says T-Mobile at the top? In other words, would Mobilicity would be able to equally support this phone?
