Are you allowed to just make whatever android type products and sell them? Just curious about like, copyright or something.
Seems like a loaded question, but I’ll bite. I’m pretty sure licensing is handled; these aren’t being sold out of the back of a truck. We’ll let Google worry about the litigation though, k? ;)
Even if they were being sold out of the back of a truck, I don’t see it as a horrible thing for Google. The figurines help raise Android awareness and that’s not a bad thing.
Does this whole industry have a little tinge of Pokemon or is that just me? First, there’s the phones – gotta collect em all. Now, there’s the friggin adorable little green machines that aren’t always green – gotta collect em all. Oh what will they think of next?
