LG has posted an update to their Facebook page regarding potential Ice Cream Sandwich upgrades for their lineup of Android handsets. Confirmed to be shortlisted for said upgrade are the Optimus 2X, Optimus Black, Optimus 3D, and Optimus LTE. Evaluations continue to determing the feasibility of pushing the new Android version to other LG handsets.
No timeframe is given for the potential release of Android 4.0 for these handsets, but LG plans to keep the whole process as transparent as possible. A release schedule and additional information should be made public sometime in December.

Now if Motorola would do This -__-
Its nice to hear but im not going to hold my breath. odds are the devs out there will get it done before LG.
Lg really needs to release the g2x source codes and drivers already. Save the devs some time and headaches so the phone can live up to its potential. Just saying
Yeah!
This problems blocking lots of creative possibilities..
Maybe the revolution will get it since it has the same specs as the black
