Chrome Beta For Android Update Detailed – Breaks On Some Custom ROMs

Chrome Beta for Android has seen an update today that left many users scratching their heads. With no changelog under the “What’s New” section in the Market, people had no idea what actually changed. One thing many people did notice was a major performance increase sending their browser into overdrive, scanning entire image archives of Selena Gomez in milliseconds. The other thing rooted users noticed, is the app is now all but useless after the update so for all you custom ROM flashers out there — PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
