Panasonic Eluga gets March 29 release date in Japan, headed to Europe in April

3

The Panasonic Eluga, a pleasant surprise from Mobile World Congress, will launch on Japan’s NTT DoCoMo on March 29th, and it will soon find its way to Europe. Panasonic is hoping to crack the international market after a series of releases tailored for Japan. The Eluga provides their best bet with a ever-so-stylish (and thin) 7.8mm design and a spec sheet that features a dual-core 1GHz CPU, 4.3-inch qHD display, and NFC support. As with most devices released in Japan, the Eluga is waterproof and dust-proof by default

After its Japanese debut the European launch of the Eluga should follow shortly in April.

  1. I DON’T SEE AN LED FLASH ON THIS!!

  2. Gorgeous though.  A higher-end version with same aesthetics might be very nice.  But what kind of OS crud does Panasonic glue on?  That could be a deal breaker.
