HTC today announced a new, affordable option for users who want an Ice Cream Sandwich device. It’s the HTC Desire C, another entry into one of HTC’s original lines of Android devices. This 3.5inch HVGA device is rumored to house a 600MHz processor, but still runs Ice Cream Sandwich. While it’s not wise to expect the full HTC Sense 4.0 experience, HTC have brought some of the update’s new looks to a few of the different apps.
We can’t assume more than that without getting our own hands on the device, but there you go. It’ll also have a 5 megapixel camera with no flash. Beats audio is also included. Those who buy this phone will be blessed with 25GB of Dropbox. Available in black, white, and red, the Desire C will enjoy time on Three and Orange with contract and PAYG options, both being quite affordable routes to go. Read on for full press details.

I’ll bet dollars to donuts that 600Mhz cpu is a cortex a5 which can be made in single, dual or quad core variants, clocking from 500Mhz to 1GHz
600 Mhz? My old Desire has 1 Ghz and it still is not able to run ICS completely lagfree.
Nice phone………….
