By Yesterday, we showed you a video of one lucky soul running Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on their Samsung Galaxy S3. Now, we’ve finally been able to get the download links that many were looking for. SamMobile has released the same version of the ROM for all to download.
We should note that “all” definitely means those who have the GT-i9300, and anyone else willing to take the chance should know that this isn’t targeted at you folks.
We should also note that this is a pre-release build, meaning Samsung hasn’t yet put their finishing touches on this one for every day consumption. Head to SamMobile for the goods — you’l be looking for build I9300XXDLG4. [Thanks to everyone who sent this in!]

HTC needs to be more like Samsung and embrace the dev community.
HTC better be coming with the jelly bean update by mid September…

I’m gonna be pissed if the S3 gets this before my galaxy nexus, seen as how they’re both made by samsung and one runs stock android, while the other runs touchwiz…that being said, glad to see one company being proactive in trying to get the latest updates out to its users
GNex has had it for awhile. The fake Nexus Verizon neutered is the one that is still waiting for the update…
