I read the (very short) Forbes article and I can’t believe they didn’t mention that sales probably spiked because people planning a future Galaxy S III purchase fear an injunction and are purchasing the phone now while they can.
Kind of like gun sales and Obama… Just sayin!

Kind of funny how things can be spun. There was an article the other day I read stating that the used smart phone market was seeing a glut of Samsung phones. The writer stating that people were getting away from Samsung because of the ruling. Turns out they were upgrading their phones to newer Samsung phones.
