What did you have to do? Also, I’ve got issues with getting Google Voice to work as my official voicemail on my recent phone. :(
I have no issues with google voice, but yeah google wallet is blocked.
Use Google Voice for years, love it. Never had any issue with it and I use it on several carriers at the same time.
I’m running cyanogenmod and changed the build prop follow the steps to change to galaxy nexus http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1769083 by the way my device that I did it on is gs3 T-Mobile as far as Google voice I haven’t had any trouble

And HTC doesn’t (didn’t) have markets of their own? ZTE is a smaller company than HTC. I’m pretty sure HTC has fans in China as well.
