When the Oppo Find 5 was announced back towards the tail-end of 2012, Chinese manufacturer Oppo released arguably one of the best Android devices to date, and one you’ve likely never heard about. Offered unlocked and with top of the line specs like a quad-core Snadragon S4 processor, 5-inch full HD 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, 13MP camera, and a full aluminum unibody aluminum frame — there was little to not like about Find 5.
Now that we’re well into the year, that once snappy Qualcomm S4 Pro processor might be starting to show its age. Rather than go back to the drawing board and release an entirely new device, Oppo has simply gone in and upgraded the processor with seemingly little effort. Jumping onto the Oppo Store, you’ll now find the Find 5 TD for China Mobile is now packing an upgraded Snapdragon 600 processor, putting the device in the same category as current flagships from HTC or Samsung.
With a gorgeous design, solid build quality, easily hackable software, and solid specs, the Oppo Find 5 is an already great device and the Oppo Find 5 TD for China Mobile only improves upon that.
