LG G Flex officially coming to T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T starting Q1 2014
LG has kept us in the dark about LG G Flex availability in the United States for quite some time, though rumors have suggested launches at Sprint and AT&T for quite some time. That guessing game is over as the South Korean company has officially confirmed that the G Flex will be headed to AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint starting in Q1 2014.
They didn’t have much information to give in terms of actual dates and price tags, though we imagine each carrier will announce those details for their respective launches in due time. Sprint confirmed that their version of the G Flex would include Sprint Spark, which is their tri-band LTE radio configuration set to take advantage of Sprint’s latest network upgrades for the future.
The LG G Flex is a curved smartphone which LG says is more about tangible benefits than good looks. The ergonomic curved design of the 6-inch device makes it comfortable and natural for holding conversations, and its flexible nature makes it virtually indestructible. Even the back plate is self-healing, meaning this smartphone should endure even the toughest of conditions.

- 6-inch 720p HD display
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor
- 2GB of RAM
- 13 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front camera
- LTE, GPS,WiFi, and Bluetooth
We’re not sure if LG will be looking to bring the handset up to KitKat before launch, but you should at least expect Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
