blu vivo air

The BLU Vivo Air is one of the thinnest smartphones we’ve ever seen, and we have a first look [VIDEO]

Bigger might be better, but thinner is… in-ner?  OK so finding a cool idiom to state the thinness of a phone isn’t the easiest thing to do, but what is easy is showing you the BLU Vivo Air. At 5.1mm thin, this phone comes just shy of taking the world’s thinnest smartphone claim (currently owned by the Oppo R5).

It’s also one of the cheaper devices you’ll see coming out of CES this week at a cool $199. Unfortunately, unlike the ASUS ZenFone 2 announced earlier this week, that price tag does reflect the mid-range nature of its specs. Here’s what to expect under the hood should you opt to buy one:

To boot, it has no LTE. And it looks like an iPhone. But if you can get past all of that then this is one sleek, thin looking smartphone and there are far worse ways to spend $200. The device is set to go on sale next week via Amazon if you’re interested in giving it a go. Take a look at it in our hands-on video up above.
