Following reports that Samsung would soon adjust pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge after slowing sales, all models are seeing some pretty discounts on T-Mobile. Both the full priced 32GB and 64GB models have been discounted by $100, while the 128GB version drops a full $200.
If you haven’t done the math, that actually makes the 128GB model the same price as the 64GB (why they even offer the 64GB model is anyone’s guess). Of course, we’d recommend avoiding the Edge version altogether and either pocketing the savings, or using the money to bump up the 32GB flat model to 128GB storage.
It’s not clear if this is the new permanent price as of now, or just a temporary thing, but now the phone — which, let’s face it, was a little overpriced to begin with — is now a much more compelling buy. You may remember not too long ago, LG attempted to undercut the competition by dropping the price of the LG G4 to $480 full price, which is still cheaper than the newly discounted S6 while offering features like micro SD card support and a removable battery.
Buy on T-Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S6 ($580) | Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge ($680)
