It’s been less than a week since the guys at Pushbullet updated their app with support for new Android 6.0 Marshmallow features, and today they’re already back with a handful of new goodies. Pushbullet now supports the sharing of multiple pics or files from the Android app, up to 25MB per file. Just select multiple files or pics followed by Pushbullet from the share menu and the app handles the rest. Just kick back while files are transferred without any loss in quality.
Adding to Pushbullet’s support of messaging apps, users can now quick reply on their desktop to Kik or Skype messages. Pushbullet notes that this one is for devices Android 5.0 and up. This brings quick reply support to most major messaging apps. Here’s the current running list:

- Hangouts
- Line
- Telegram
- GroupMe
- BBM
- Viber
When it comes to browser extensions, they’ve also managed to update their Firefox, Safari, and Opera extensions with support for their recently released end-to-end encryption. Pushbullet also admits in their blog post that development of their Mac app wasn’t advancing quite as fast as other platforms. Instead of it trailing behind, they’re just removing it from the App Store completely until they can relaunch it later with more features.
With every passing update, Pushbullet isn’t just one of the most useful apps installed on our devices — it’s arguably the shinning example of Android’s versatility as a platform.
