It’s been a little over a year since the Sony SmartWatch 3 arrived on the scene, but it’s somehow aged pretty well for itself. On paper, it’s easily one of the better Android Wear devices on the market and now that it’s also one of the oldest, prices are finally starting to drop.
Like the Moto 360 deal we told you about yesterday, the Sony SmartWatch 3 (refurbished) can now be purchased on eBay for only $99. It’s got the same Snapdragon 400 processors as most other smartwatches these days, but the inclusion of GPS, NFC, and a 1.6-inch “transflective” dipslay are what really sets it apart from the pack. Oh, and unlike just about every other Android Wear watch, the SmartWatch 3 uses the conventional micro USB to charge the thing, so it’s easy to keep it juiced up.
The variety of bands available for the SmartWatch 3
With IP68 water/dust resistance and 2-day battery life, the SmartWatch 3 makes one helluva good deal at $100. Because the actual smartwatch portion pops out easily, you can switch it up with different colored bands or even get that fancy steel one. Now we don’t own one ourselves so we can’t exactly vouch for the thing, but reviews online are mostly favorable. Link below for all those interested.
