For anyone that’s been eyeing the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact and its sleek, 1-handed form factor, the phone is seeing a substantial price drop on Amazon. After launching back in February at $500, the brand new US model is seeing a $100 reduction, now priced at a much more reasonable $400.
The Xperia Z5 Compact is easily one of the most capable small-sized devices on the market, featuring a petite 4.6-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 810 processor, 32GB of internal storage, and ample 2,700mAh battery. Just keep in mind Sony’s US models ditched the fingerprint sensors found in their overseas counterparts (although we can’t figure out why).
Both the black and white models are available, with Sony saying the device will have no trouble playing nicely on AT&T and T-Mobile networks here in the US. Having reached out wits end with huge phablet devices, we’re having a hard time convincing ourselves out of picking one up. Links provided below.
