Pebble adds two fancy Round Time watches to Kickstarter campaign

Pebble’s Kickstarter for the Pebble 2 and Pebble Time 2 has been a smashing success. At the time of this article, the campaign has raised more than $11 million from over 58,000 backers. As an added bonus, Pebble has added two new watches to the campaign.

Pebble has added two new colors for the Pebble Time Round. They’re calling it the “Kickstarter Edition,” and you can get the watch in polished gold or silver. Everything else about the watch is exactly the same as the original Time Round. You can get the new Round with a $199 pledge.

The Kickstarter is running until the end of this month. Pebble expects to ship watches in September. What do you think of the new color options? I would have liked to see an updated model with a bigger battery and less bezel. Do you own a Pebble watch?
