Earlier this month, Samsung announced the all new Galaxy Note 7 and along with it, a new version of the Samsung Gear VR for 2016. The VR headset is now completely black, with improved controls and wider field of view and support for both USB Type-C Galaxies (the Note 7 being the first) and legacy micro USB models.

If you’ve had your hopes on buying one (it’s easily one of the best VR experiences in mobile), the new Gear VR is now available for pre-order on Amazon. It’s priced at the same $99.99 as last year’s model, which is the perfect price for anyone looking to dip their feet in virtual reality. The new Samsung Gear VR 2016 will be made officially available on August 19th, so mark you calendar if you don’t feel like pre-ordering.
