Kodak has announced a new smartphone for some unknown reason. The company accidentally revealed its latest offering a few weeks ago, but today, that has changed.
The Kodak Ektra is a new device which features a 5-inch 1080p display, the MediaTek Helio X-20 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage, which is expandable via a microSD card slot. The big thing with the Ektra is its 21-megapixel camera as the device will be able to shoot 4K video along with optical image stabilization.
Unfortunately for those looking for this new Kodak experience, you’ll have to wait. The Kodak Ektra is expected to launch in December, but will be limited to being released in the UK. As for pricing, the Ektra will be available off-contract for ~$551.
