Despite what all the TV ads say, the Pixel and Pixel XL don’t work “only on Verizon.” You can use the devices on most carriers, but Verizon is the only one that can sell them in stores. Today, T-Mobile is hoping to make that more clear and offer a pretty sweet deal.
“Don’t let the ‘exclusive’ advertisements fool you, the Pixel phone is tested and proven to be fantastic on our lightning fast network, and we want to help you get the best of both worlds!” – John Legere
Starting tomorrow (10/28), you can bring your Pixel phone to T-Mobile and get up to 50% off the retail price you paid. That brings the price down to $325 when you sign up for the T-Mobile ONE plan. All you have to do is purchase the Pixel from Google or somewhere else, sign up for T-Mobile ONE, and show your proof of purchase at Tmo’s validation site. If you qualify, a $13.55 credit will show up on your monthly bill for 24 months.
