For banking apps, security is always the #1 priority and implementing fingerprint support is a nice way to offer that security without the need to remember complex passwords. Thankfully, another app in that category — Mint — has been loaded up with said support.
You can choose to use Mint with or without a password if you prefer, but we recommend you do, and setting up fingerprint access can eliminate the headache that would make you want to pass on the added security.
Beyond that, Mint is also dropping the setting 4-hour auto-refresh setting. No real reason other than their app already defaults to auto refreshes every 4 hours, and users can also refresh at any time they want by pulling the screen down.
