Your Really Blue Pixel now has a pair of Really Blue Jeans to go with it
Google’s sudden fascination with the color blue — or Really Blue, as they call their particular favorite shade — is no doubt odd. It makes for a striking and bold color option on the Pixel, for sure.
But now they’re taking it even further. The company teamed with fashion designer Christian Cowan to design a line of Really Blue jeans. As you’d expect, the shade of blue mirrors that of the Really Blue Pixel. Stick it in a short pocket and you may not even notice it’s there.
We’re sure Google isn’t expecting to turn this into a commercial success. In fact, the only way to get a pair is to get them custom ordered and fitted through Christian Cowan himself. But it’s an interesting way to draw some awareness to their phone during New York Fashion Week (which took place a week ago), especially when phones themselves are starting to become a bigger part of the scene.
