When it comes to video editing software, there are probably only a handful that are really popular. Adobe Premiere is one of those apps used by professionals and YouTubers alike, and if you need to make some edits while on the move, Adobe Premiere Rush has since launched on Android.
Granted, editing while on the go is hardly an ideal scenario due to our phones being too small to really do anything too comprehensive. But, if your edits are simple and you don’t need to get too fancy with the edits, then we reckon that Premiere Rush should be more than adequate to get the job done.
Plus, given that this is an Adobe software, it will also have access to Adobe’s Creative Cloud plan that will let you sync your projects across devices. That being said, due to it using Creative Cloud, you will need a subscription to use the app. There will be a free trial where you will be able to export up to three projects, but otherwise, you will need an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription which will be priced at $9.99/month just to access Rush, or $19.99/month and $29.99/month for team and enterprise access respectively.
Also, the app seems to be only compatible for newer smartphones. Samsung has also announced that the app is optimized for the company’s handsets, so if you’re a Galaxy S9, Note 9, or S10 owner, then perhaps it could be worth taking for a spin. If you’re interested in checking out the app, head on over to the Play Store for the download.
