It wasn’t too long ago that Huawei announced its latest flagship smartphones, the Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro, but as it turns out, that’s not all the company has up their sleeves in terms of product announcement. According to a tweet by a person called Jeb Su, it would appear that Huawei could actually have another smartphone announcement that they could be making soon.
In the tweet (see below), it shows a teaser image of an all-screen smartphone that the company plans to unveil at an even in Paris, France on the 17th of October. Not much is known about this particular device and it’s the first we’re hearing about it, but based on the teaser, it seems that Huawei could have some kind of revolutionary new phone to show off.
It is possible that this announcement could simply be the company showing off what they are working on and that we might not see it anytime soon, similar to the Microsoft Surface Duo which is only expected to arrive in 2020. So far, most smartphones have attempted to push their displays right to edge, but there are still bezels.

This is mostly to house the front-facing cameras and sensors, which many companies have attempted to tackle in the form of notches, hole-punch camera systems, and popup cameras. We’re not sure what kind of solution Huawei could have, but check back with us next week if you’d like the details.
