When it comes to gaming accessories and peripherals, Razer is a name that we’re sure many are familiar with, and today, the company has taken the wraps off a couple of new accessories that we’re sure that gamers might be interested in. This includes a pair of true wireless earbuds in the form of the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds, and the Junglecat mobile gaming controller.
Starting with the Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds, according to Razer, these earbuds have been designed with gamers in mind. It relies on a Bluetooth 5.0 connection that is capable of delivering low-latency audio, meaning that the delay between what gamers are seeing on the screen and what they are hearing should be low enough where it won’t affect them.
There will also be a Gaming Mode that is said to reduce latency to as low as 60ms. The earbuds will sport 13mm drivers and offers up a 3-hour battery life, and comes with a charging case that will be capable of charging it about an additional four more times, bringing its total battery life to 15 hours.
Next up will be the Razer Junglecat. Playing games on mobile can sometimes be less than ideal due to the lack of physical controls, but Razer is hoping to solve that by taking some design cues from Nintendo. The Junglecat features a pair of controllers, one on each side that can be attached to the included smartphone case to allow gamers to game on the go.
Alternatively, there is also a controller grip if gamers wish to use it in a more traditional format where it can also be paired with Windows PCs. The controller is rated for over 100 hours, so it should last you a while before needing a recharge.
