There are a lot of different reasons to buy a smartphone. Many simply want a device to make phone calls while others want something that can give them the best gaming experience possible. When it comes to the Pixel 4, Google has built the phone to offer an incredible camera experience. Though, we’re not really happy with the decision to not include an ultra-wide camera on the back.
As for the new Sony Xperia 5, the company has positioned it as the ultimate multi-media smartphone with an extra-tall 21:9 aspect ration for its display and professional-grade video editing software pre-installed. Unlike the Pixel 4, the Sony Xperia 5 does have three cameras on the back, intended to show off the best that Sony’s imaging sensors have to offer. Unfortunately, Sony is still trailing the competition, as you’ll see the video and image gallery in this post. Despite the shortcomings of the Google Pixel 4, it’s still the smartphone we’d rather have with us for capturing photos and videos.
Take a look at the results of our Pixel 4 versus Sony Xperia 5 camera comparison and let us know what you think. What would it take for you to buy the Sony Xperia 5 and use it as your daily driver?
