Google Stadia’s first year may have gotten off to a rocky start, but the game streaming service has slowly come into its own with feature updates and an expanding catalog of compelling games.

With Stadia, those who have a mediocre laptop or even an underpowered smartphone are able to play AAA games without needing to purchase expensive, dedicated hardware.
We’ve put together a list of our favorite games available on Stadia in 2020. While some of these titles may be a year or two old already, they are still considered to be among the best titles currently available. Google Stadia is seeing an increase in titles with multiplayer components, and PUBG is yet another title of the genre to land on the Cloud Gaming platform. PlayerUnknown’s Battleground, developed and published by Bluehole, is an action and survival shooter-style title based on the Battle Royale mode.
PlayerUnknown’s Battleground mechanics are quite simple: up to 100 players parachute onto a desert island where they have to fight until only one player, or one team is left standing. Players start with no items, so they must first find weapons, vehicles, and all kinds of things to arm themselves with for battle.
