A while back, we mentioned that Motorola is working on a mid-range handset with some impressive hardware like a 120Hz display, 5G connectivity, and 5000 mAh battery, among other specs. With that said, the company has finally announced the G82 5G, the latest addition to its mid-range phone lineup.
The phone comes with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Motorola says that the phone comes with Dolby Atmos sound with spatial audio, which is rather impressive considering the price of the handset.
Additionally, the G82 5G comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, which should be more than enough to power through the day. The phone also packs a triple-camera module on the back, with a 50MP, f/1.8 main camera, an 8MP, f/2.2 ultrawide lens, and a 2MP, f/2.4 macro lens. In front is a 16MP selfie camera, housed in a hole-punch display.
According to Motorola, the phone will launch with Android 12 and will be available in selected markets in Europe with a starting MSRP of €329.99. It will eventually launch in more regions as well, which include Latin America, Asia, India, and the Middle East.
