Stadia fans, rejoice – the platform’s annual Summer Sale has finally started, with several games on discount at the moment. This includes titles both on “Pro” and non-Pro subscriptions, with games offering up to 85% off in discounts.
A new post in the Stadia community forums highlights the sale, which includes AAA titles like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla with 45% off, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (85% off), The Elder Scrolls Online (70% off), and a lot more.
Stadia was released back in 2019, and lets gamers either buy games individually or as part of a Pro subscription plan, which they can then stream from their smartphones or tablets, or on PC via desktop browser, or on a smart TV. The service offers AAA and indie games from several developers and major game studios.
A while back, we reported that the Stadia mobile app might introduce refined touch controls, which are aimed at vastly improving and streamlining control layouts for users who play their Stadia games on phones and tablets. An app breakdown from 9to5Google predicts that the touch buttons will feature a visual redesign. Instead of displaying the virtual touch buttons as “A,” “B,” “X,” etc, graphical icons referring to the corresponding actions will be shown instead.
