If you’re looking for a new mid-range smartphone that packs more-than decent specs and also won’t break the bank, then you might want to take a look at Xiaomi’s latest smartphone, the Xiaomi 12 Lite.
Now, despite the phone being called “Lite”, it actually packs some interesting hardware that save for its chipset, doesn’t really feel like a mid-ranger. For starters, we’re looking at a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, plus it also comes with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It will be accompanied by an 8MP f/2.4 ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera, while the front-facing camera is a 32MP Samsung GD2 sensor. The phone will also be packing a 4,300mAh battery under the hood, which is a bit on the smaller size, but with 67W charging, you should be able to juice it back up pretty quickly.
The Xiaom 12 Lite will be available in three colors – black, pink, or green – and will be priced starting at around $400 for the base model and will go up to $500 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option.
