On the 10th of August, Samsung is expected to officially announce their new foldable smartphones, but it has also been rumored that the event could see Samsung unveil their new smartwatch – the Galaxy Watch 5 series.
Now thanks to a report from Dealntech, they have discovered potential price listings of the upcoming watches, and it looks like they will be slightly more expensive than their predecessors. According to the leak, it has been suggested that the Galaxy Watch 5’s 40mm model could be priced at 260 Euros, with the 44mm model going for slightly more at 287 Euros.
Then as per the rumors, it has been suggested that Samsung could have a Pro version of the watch also in the works and the leaked listing has indicated that it could be priced at 431 Euros. This shouldn’t be too surprising because from what we’ve heard, the Pro version could sport a titanium build, which could explain why it costs a lot more.
Other rumors regarding the Watch 5 series include how it could have a better battery life than its predecessor which could last up to 3 days on a single charge. Either way, hopefully we’ll have more details in the coming weeks, so until then, take it with a grain of salt.
