On the 10th of August, Samsung will be officially unveiling their next-gen foldables – the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Based on the leaks and rumors we’ve heard so far, not much is expected to change with regards to the design of the phones, but in case you’re curious, you’re in luck.
Thanks to a post by leakster Evan Blass over at 91mobiles, full and official (looking) renders of the upcoming Fold 4 and Flip 4 have made their way online. Once again, we should reiterate that the rumors are suggesting that not much will change in terms of design, and these renders prove that.
If there are any design changes, they are subtle enough that we can’t really tell. The Flip 4 has been rumored to be getting an outer display upgrade in terms of size, but once again just looking at the renders alone, it’s a bit hard to tell without comparing it side-by-side to the Flip 3.
There have been talks about Samsung possibly integrating the S Pen into the Fold 4, but unfortunately, the renders don’t show us the top or bottom of the phone so we can’t really tell if a dedicated S Pen slot has been included. Either way, we’ll find out soon enough, and in the meantime if you are more or less certain that either of these phones will be your next purchase, you can reserve them on Samsung’s website and get $200 in Samsung Credit.
