As far as mobile games go, MiHoYo’s action-RPG “Genshin Impact” has certainly been one the most popular titles to hit smartphones in the past few years, generating a ton of fanfare and millions of downloads all over the world. With that said, a new update has been announced for the game, following last month’s “Summer Fantasia” update.
Officially titled “The Morn a Thousand Roses,” (and Genshin Impact 3.0), the update will bring a ton of new content for players to enjoy, including new characters which will be making their way to the game’s gacha system. Players will soon be able to grab “Tighnari,” “Collei,” and “Dori” in0game (provided that they get lucky gacha draws).
Players can expect new quests and items with the 3.0 update. For example, “The Boom of the Elder Tree” will make collecting wood a bit easier. Items like the “Ultra-Hot Burner Lamp” will also improve in-game cooking.
In other MiHoYo news, the studio has teased an upcoming action RPG titled “Zenless Zone Zero,” which will make its way to PC and mobile devices. A teaser video showing characters and a bit of story was also released by the studio, although no official launch date has been mentioned so far.
“The Morn a Thousand Roses” will be released on August 24.
