If you’re a fan of Amazon’s wide range of consumer electronics products, then you’re in for a treat – the e-commerce giant has teased an upcoming product announcement for new “Amazon devices, features, and services,” at least according to an invite sent out by the company. The announcement will come by way of an online event, which is scheduled to take place on the 28th of September.
This development comes just a few days after the existence a new Amazon Kindle model was revealed, which is now available for pre-order with an expected launch in October. It will feature a 6-inch display with a 300ppi resolution, and other hardware upgrades like USB-C compatibility, a large battery, up to 16GB of storage, as well as an adjustable front light.
Going back to the event, no details regarding specific hardware were mentioned, but it’s very likely that we might see new Amazon Echo products, as well as new Fire Stick models, to name a few. Amazon has announced new products around this time of the year in previous events, so it should be interesting what the company has in store this month.
With that said, fans will have to wait and see what Amazon has in store for its next wave of hardware and services.
