Soundbars are great if you’re looking for an all-in-one kind of speaker setup. Obviously a stereo setup would offer better sound quality, but sometimes the lack of space and the lack of funds might not make that very feasible for some, which is where soundbars can come in handy.
Now, if you’re looking for a new soundbar, you might be interested to learn that Razer has announced its latest soundbar in the form of the Razer Leviathan V2 X. This is a more compact model compared to the company’s other offerings, and it also comes in at a more affordable price of $100.
So, for $100, what will you be getting? Since this is a spinoff of the Leviathan V2 and it is cheaper, Razer had to make some compromises such as the lack of a subwoofer and THX Spatial Audio. It does, however, come with customizable RGB lights which is customary for Razer, and features 14 different lighting zones.
The soundbar itself can also output volumes of up to 90dB thanks to two full-range drivers and two passive radiators. It can also connect to devices via USB-C and Bluetooth 5.0 if you want wireless connectivity. For the most part it is kind of a basic soundbar, but for $100, it’s not too bad.
