Earlier this month, it was reported that OnePlus was working on a new Nord handset that would be headed stateside. Now the company has officially unveiled its latest Nord smartphone, the OnePlus Nord N300 5G that they have stated will be available in US on the 3rd of November.
For those unfamiliar, the OnePlus Nord series represents the company’s more affordable series of smartphones, like back in the good old days when OnePlus smartphones were known for their affordability and value for money hardware.
With the OnePlus Nord N300 5G, the phone will feature a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the handset will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset built on the 6nm processor that will feature an octa-core processor and 64GB of storage. This storage can be expanded further by up to 1TB via microSD.
On the camera front, the Nord N300 5G will sport a dual camera setup consisting of a main 48MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It will also take advantage of OnePlus’ Nightscape and EIS technology to ensure that even photos taken in low-light scenarios will come out nice and clear.
To top things off, the handset will also be packing a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC charging. If you’re interested in the phone, like we said, it will be launching on the 3rd of November in the US via T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile priced at $228.
