A lot of smartphones these days are designed to be eye-catching, which means that sometimes they focus more on the design and the choice of materials rather than durability. If a rugged phone is something you think you might be able to appreciate, then you might be interested to learn that the Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro is now available for purchase from AT&T.
The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro was originally announced for the US market in October, but if you prefer buying your phones from a carrier, then the available from AT&T might be something you could take advantage of, especially if you’d rather not pay for the phone in its entirety upfront.
As a quick recap on the specs, the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset under the hood accompanied by 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone’s touchscreen display can also work while the user is wearing gloves.
The phone also boasts IP68 rating when it comes to water and dust resistance, and a MIL-STD 810H rating for durability and ruggedness. There is also a built-in physical button that users can customize a variety of actions. The Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro will be priced at $599.99 outright or you can opt to pay via installment plans. It is also only available to AT&T’s business customers at the moment.
