Google allows users to have multiple accounts at once, which means that you can have one for work, one for personal, one for school, and so on, and can quickly move between accounts.
The downside to this is that when it comes to scheduling events and meetings, you might sometimes forget that you have a work meeting scheduled on the same day you scheduled lunch with a friend, but that will change soon. This is because Google has announced a new feature that will make scheduling appointments smarter across multiple accounts.
This is perfect for those who run multiple calendars and might sometimes forget that they have something else planned while making a new plan. Google has announced that this feature will be available for Google Workspace Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Education Fundamentals, Education Standard, Education Plus, the Teaching and Learning Upgrade, and Nonprofits customers
For everyone else, the company does not mention if they have plans to make it available in the future, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
