One of the ways to spice up your documents is by adding a splash of color to them. This makes it look less boring to read, and it is also a good way to highlight certain parts of the documents or sections that are important or to differentiate them from each other.
Now, adding colors to Google Docs and Sheets is pretty simple for the most part, but Google is now making things easier and also a little more customizable. This will come in the form of a color palette box that will replace the existing one.
“In Google Slides, Docs, Sheets and Drawings, you can now select colors in the color palette tool by using RGBA values. In addition, you can also customize colors by using an eyedropper tool and selecting any color on your screen within the color palette.”
Google claims that these changes will be rolling out to Rapid Release domains now, and there are plans to release it to Scheduled Release domains on the 15th of February, so keep an eye out for these changes in the coming weeks.
