How to get up to 40% off Telegram Premium

Telegram now boasts over 700 million users and you may be one of them if you’re reading this post! Did you know that Telegram themselves offer up to a 40% discount on their premium plans because they don’t have to pay fees to either Apple or Android this way? Well, now you do! And I’m going to show you just how to get that discount.

What does a Premium subscription have that the free plan doesn’t?

There is a suite of things that Telegram can do if you want to pay for the benefits of being a subscriber. More recently, Telegram has released Stories for their Premium subscribers. So if you want to stay on the latest and greatest trends that the platform has to offer, switching over to a subscription is one of the best ways to do that.

Where can I get the discount?

Telegram is offering this discount by going to the support page and having a look at their Premium bot.

As it says, using PremiumBot will allow you to get a discount, but do keep in mind it’s only accessible from the direct versions of the Android, Desktop and macOS apps.

How to get the discount

1. Click on the link for PremiumBot
2. Clicking on the link will prompt you to open Telegram, which you select Open Telegram
3. When Telegram opens you’ll see a message from the Premium bot with the following message “This bot can help you subscribe to Telegram Premium with a discount up to 40%. You can also buy subscriptions for your loved ones.”
   
4. Press the Blue Start Button to continue
5. It will open a new chat where PremiumBot will offer you a monthly or yearly plan. As you can see for me, I’m getting a 3.99 euro deal a month. However, I want to see what its going to offer for a yearly plan.
6. For that, I press the Switch to Annual…39% button to see what the price is. The screen will refresh and this is the offer I got.
