Galaxy Tab S9 FE confirmed on Samsung’s website

0

At the Galaxy Unpacked event last week, Samsung took the wraps off their brand new Galaxy Tab S9 tablets. These are fantastic Android tablets with big and beautiful displays, making them perfect for productivity and as a laptop replacement, but it also came with a hefty price tag.

We had recently heard the rumors that Samsung could actually be working on a cheaper version of those tablets, and it looks like those rumors might be true. This is according to a report from Pricebaba in which the “Galaxy Tab S9 FE” and “Galaxy Tab S9+ FE” names were spotted on Samsung’s very own website.

While the specs of the tablets were not revealed, the fact that the names have been confirmed on Samsung’s website does suggest that they are very real. Some have speculated that in terms of hardware, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE models could just be rebranded versions of the Galaxy Tab S8 with maybe some upgrades here and there.

Ultimately, these are designed to be more affordable alternatives to the Galaxy Tab S9 models, but exactly how much cheaper they will be remains to be seen. There is also no launch date for the tablets so we’ll just have to wait and see when Samsung decides to launch them.
