If you don’t relish the idea of using a Samsung Galaxy S24 phone that is powered by an Exynos chipset, you may now have one more alternative apart from buying a phone from the gray market.
According to the latest rumors, it seems that for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, the company will be equipping it with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset regardless of the region that it is sold in.
Regardless of the region, all models of the S24 Ultra feature Qualcomm Snapdragon processors.

As some of you might know, Samsung would sell their flagship phones in most markets around the world, but depending on the market, some would get the Exynos chipset while others would get the Qualcomm version. If this rumor is true, Samsung will equip all Galaxy S24 Ultra models with Qualcomm’s chipset, even in markets that would otherwise get the Exynos variant.
This means that if you live in a market that would receive the Exynos models, you could spend a bit more money and get the Ultra which would use Qualcomm’s chipset. The Exynos 2400 initially showed promise with the rumors claiming that it could sport a deca-core design, but the latest rumors are now claiming that its GPU might not be as good.
Of course, these are just rumors so you probably shouldn’t pay them too much heed, but if you’re trying to avoid the Exynos variants, then maybe it might be worth considering to pay a little more to get the Ultra.
