Branded as the XS1000 External SSD, Kingston says that the drive was designed to be a small and incredibly sleek file backup solution, and joins the XS2000 in Kingston’s newer accessory lineup. Weighing in at just under 29 grams, the XS1000 features read speeds of up to 1,050MB/s and up to 2TB storage capacity, as well as USB-C to USB-A connectivity, all in a form factor not much bigger than a key fob.
