Polar recently unveiled its newest smart wearable in the form of the Grit X2 Pro, a smartwatch designed to withstand the elements thanks to a durable design. Priced starting at $749, the Grit X2 Pro is packed to the brim with features that takes it a step beyond your run-of-the-mill wearable.
Powered by Polar’s custom wearable OS, the X2 Pro features a large 1.39-inch AMOLED display protected by Sapphire glass, and is wrapped within a stainless steel front casing that’s also rated for MIL-STD 810H durability. The watch also packs a considerably-large battery with up to 10 days of endurance, although this will of course depend on your usage.
Inside, the X2 Pro comes with all the usual array of fitness tracking functionality, including heart rate and sleep tracking, recovery tracking, as well as up to 150 different sport profiles. It’s definitely designed to be taken virtually anywhere thanks to a built-in GPS signal booster, which works as part of an improved navigation and routing system.
The Polar Grit X2 Pro will be available for pre-order from Polar.com from March 20th to April 2nd, with sales starting from April 3rd onwards.
