Google’s continued rollout of new features for RCS has proven to be quite popular with Android fans, as it appears that the company is finally doubling-down on giving users a more coherent and seamless messaging experience. With that in mind, a new update has finally added a much-requested feature for RCS.

More specifically, users will now be able to edit their messages in RCS after they’re sent. To do this, all one needs to do is hold down the message bubble, and the app will display an option to edit the message. With that being said though, there is a time limit as users will only have about 15 minutes to edit their message after it is sent.
The new feature was announced alongside a number of other Android updates, which includes instant hotspot, new emoji stickers, home screen controls for Google Home devices, and more. With all that being said, users can expect these new features to gradually roll out for more devices soon.
