Following an earlier post acknowledging the upcoming CMF phone, Nothing’s CMF brand recently posted a quick video highlighting a rotating dial built into the phone. With that said however, there’s still some uncertainty as to what the mechanism does, although there are some predictions that it might be a mechanism that connects the phone to modular accessories.
With that said, the dial seems to be the same one as shown in this earlier leaked render from 91mobiles, showing the CMF Phone in all its orange glory. The lower right corner of the phone’s rear panel features the dial in question, with an overall design that’s vastly different from the Nothing Phone handsets, which feature a transparent design with built-in LED lighting.
A Tweet from a while back lists some specs for the device, which will supposedly include a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity processor, 6GB of RAM, and either 128GB or 256GB of expandable storage. The phone is also rumored to feature a dual camera system with a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and will run on a 5,000mAh battery.
